INCLUDED:

- FLYING EXERCISES WIT TRAINER KITE AND THEN WITH TUBE KITE
- BASED TO THE REACHED LEVEL, BODYDRAG WITH OR WITHOUT BOARD
- WATERSTART
- During the 4-hour basic course, you will learn the theory and safety information, you will learn how to handle the kite on land, until you manage the kite perfectly and are ready to go into the water for the first body-drag
- The beginner kitesurf courses are private lessons in order to follow the participant in the most efficient and safe way
- To join the course you need to be fit and be a good swimmer
- The beginner courses starts every day at 13.00 (booking in advance is necessary)
- INCLUDED: full equipment (neoprene suit too). Injury and liability insurance are not included. VDWS license included in the 4 hour package.
- TO TAKE WITH YOU: sunglasses, suncream, beach towel
- MEETING POINT: Planargia beach, at the Camping L’Ultima Spiaggia, Bari Sardo, Ogliastra

How many hours do you need to ride?
It’s depend!Usually after the beginner course you need at least 3 or 4 days more, two hours per day.
All the course we offer follow the VDWS (Association of German Water School) teaching standard. Our goal is to make you independent and to know the security kite system. For us the security is the base of this sport, so you can enjoy without dangers, for you and for the other people.
ADVANCED KITESURF COURSE
The advance course is an individual (private) course for those who have already done a beginner course and have the basic theoretical knowledge. And we follow you with the Boat. You will be 1 hour in the Water practicing and this is the most intensive way of learning.
The advance course starts every day from 10am until the end of the day!
The topics of the advance course are adapted to the student’s level.
- STEP 1: BODYDRAG AND RELAUNCH
- STEP 2: WATERSTART
- STEP 3: FIRST METERS BOARD REACH SURFING
- STEP 4: RIDING, GOING UPWIND
- STEP 5: TACK, GOING UPWIND, SWITCH AND BASIC JUMP
With the VDWS level 4 (it is mean you can ride upwind), it is possible to rent kite equipment
TO TAKE WITH YOU: sunglasses, suncream, beach towel
MEETING POINT: Planargia beach, at the Camping L’Ultima Spiaggia (Bari Sardo, Ogliastra), 10 minutes before starting the lesson. The lesson can be moved depending weather and wind condition
PAYMENT: before starting the course. Cash, bank transfer or TWINT
It is possible to book more than one hour lesson per day
WING FOIL COURSE
- Who wants to learn the new watersport Wing foil, can join us for some hours course and then also practice on his self renting gear. It is a sport with features similar to kitesurfing and windsurfing and is becoming very popular.
- The first hour lesson you will learn all the movements with the wing on the beach, that you then will do in the water; after you will go in the watwer with a big windsurf board to practice balance and to learn how to handle the wing as learn on land. In the third and fourth lìhour you will use the hydrofoil board.
- The lesson is done with boat assistance in order to have the best learning success and and so that you will not waste energy unnecessarily.
- The boat assistance is very important at the beginning in order not to waste a lot of energy when you are not able to ride upwind. So we will bring you upwind with the boat and you can do a downwinder practicing all the time without having to pddle back.
- TO TAKE WITH YOU: sunglasses, suncream, beach towel

SELFRESCUE COURSE
- Often not included in a beginner or advanced course
- Selfrescue course and equipment recovery
RESCUE SERVICE
- We offer waterproof cover for the phone and rescue with boat for everybody who knows ride upwind but wants to kite safe
VDWS LICENSE
- To have a international license
- Book, license, theoretical test and registration at VDWS
Risk and Liability
GENERAL CONDITIONS

- Every participant is obliged to follow the instructions of the kitesurfing – instructor
- If the lesson, or part of the lesson can not be done for wind condition, the participant will have a voucher of the amount of the lost hours. We can not reimburse by cash.
- Every participant is liable for his/her actions. To cover liability in borderline cases, the participant has to contract an insurance through the school.
- In case of an accident your general liability insurance will cover the damage and loss. kitesurfing is a venture and the insurance might cut your daily benefit.
- If the participant breaks school-equipment on purpose, he/she will bear the damage.
- The lessons have to be paid at least one week in advance with the attached paying-in-slip or cash, with EC-card/Postcard at the first day of the course. Credit cards are not acceptable.
- The participant has to be able to swim.
- It is mandatory to wear a helmet and a life jacket during the lessons.
- Depending on wind and weather conditions, the lesson time can be changed.
- Cancellations must be communicated at least one week before the booked date. Otherwise we have to charge 30% of the price to cover our expenses. Cancellations less than 24h before the course are not accepted and the full costs have to be paid.
- In case of accidents, the Sports Paradise GmbH refuses any liability.
- This agreement is exclusively governed by Swiss law.
- In particular the Swiss Code of Obligations. The court is that of St Moritz.
- The student explicitly confirms and confirms that he/she is in agreement with the content of this agreement and that this is not subject to error, deception and/or fear.

Kitesurfing is a sport with special claims on my body’s constitution. I undertake the full risk for my participation at this course.
I declare that I am healthy and that I don’t have any injuries, which exclude an education in Kitesurfing.
